Stooges question asked at MBC Koz celebration

I did ask about the status of Stooges on WCIU and was told that Rich was to busy with Svengoolie and being on the MeTv network. I did ask about locally and was told it is a rights issue. So my guess is that WCIU no longer have rights to show the shorts, (I could be wrong but that is my opinion). Also you must consider they are not even on antenna TV presently.

That's a shame. I always enjoyed Stooge-a-Palooza and would like to have seen him expand on it to maybe include other comedy teams of that era as well.

Indeed a shame. I also wonder if "too busy" has some relationship to Rich getting doctor's orders to scale things back a bit. Can hardly blame him. Of course we wish him good health above all!

I love his "takes" on the Marx Brothers and Jerry Lewis, his version of Groucho is spot-on!
