Looks like we are in for a spate of reruns. Well, everyone's on vacation, so no harm, and they're still goodies. Anyway, I love Kerwyn's intros to the "Video Vault",very cute! Also like actually getting the full theme song instead of the shorter version.

agreed. the opening intro theme song is better in its entirety! I don't like the truncated version... I do believe the reruns are designed to be around the holidays for both staff and the fact that many viewers may be out for the 4th fireworks and not get to watch... I will be home so I'll be watching Creature Walks Among Us (My least favorite of the trilogy) but I am no fan of Invisible Man. special effects are good but its just not a very good "spook show" in my opinion. I bet we see a "new" movie installment for the other saturdays in July... I hope. 5 weekends in August though!

Yup, we will be at home watching fireworks on TV (I hate to say it, but the Macys-sponsored show in NYC is better than the one on PBS in Washington. Love the NSO concert before the DC fireworks, though.) Then we switch over to Sven! Would be nice if we get something new in July, but wouldn't bet on it, as you said, everyone's off on vacation. Even so, I giggled my way through "Cult of the Cobra" last night, and we did see it before, so it was no surprise. It was just very funny!

ya sadly nothing "new" this month. I hope he makes up for it in august. both the following were shown June and august of last year. good movies.. and Sven does need a break. poor guy works so hard. even his newsletter he said he has no events this month because he needs some time off. good for him!

Agreed, I am glad to see Sven/Rich getting some time off, he deserves it. And I don't really mind reruns, Rerun Sven is better than a whole lot of new stuff (Rule of Thumb: if a network advertises the living daylights out of something new, it's liable to be a turkey.) And our kitty Mischief is happy to be getting a "kitteh muvee".  (That's LOLcat for "cat movie"   ).

LO! that's right! a kitty movie for Tygercat! I do like the Shadow of the Cat. If I am not mistaken last year's showing was the first time. I'm not seeing it on his Son of Sven days either. so it will be nice to see again!
