Yes, a bit soon, but Rich no doubt has his reasons, probably dealing with contracts and stuff. Supposedly this is a really popular movie with the fans- I'll take Mummy and Dracula movies, myself, but everyone to their own.

Gosh - I haven't stopped by here in a while. Rich tends to play very family friendly movies around family holidays like Easter. That's part of the reason he often played A&C Meet Frankenstein around Halloween (and I agree it's odd that it's coming back in late April).

I actually enjoyed it as much the second time even though I watched it in November.. but hopefully its retired for year or two now.
Ya, I wish this site had more action and traffic. oh well. I do my best to keep the schedule updated anyway.

I wish more folks would stop by here, too. There's a lot of good folks over on the Svengoolie blog, and it's rapidly getting overcrowded. I prefer to actually watch the movie and make my comments later, rather than "live tweeting", but wind up wading through a couple hundred comments first on Sunday morning. I suppose it's good for Rich- he's got some impressive numbers to show his management.

At least they've stopped playing around with the site's appearance, it was disconcerting to have Happy Sven or Grumpy Sven peering in off the left side panel seemingly at random.

ya, I tried to keep up with the blog comments but it got overwhelming and some of the posts are so long winded that I just can't read it all! great comments there but I wish Sven could get a real forum going for that sort of thing but I'm sure its just more work and hiring someone to moderate it isn't in their budget. the blog comments seem to work just find and even Rich tends to chime in from time to time which is cool but like you I just scan through the following morning anymore.

Rich is a member of this board, and he used to post regularly on forums that I moderated for him, but when FB started taking up his time, places like this got to be too much, it seems.  I've mentioned this board a couple of times on the blog, but the comments got quickly buried in the back and forth chit chat.  Live chat like they do there is perfect for our chat feature on this forum too.  It would be much easier to follow.

ya, it seems Facebook has made forum group pages like this all but forgotten. his blog comment section being turned into a forum chatroom is pretty funny and should show him that he needs a real chatroom or forum area which I know he had planned but I guess he didn't want to have to deal with it. its too bad because he needs one... he has a huge following! I thought I was weird for being such a Fan of Svengoolie and wanting to post about it until I found his blog comment section was actually highly active during the show.. to me THAT was weird!
